Only been a couple weeks since the launch of New America #1 but we’re back today with the release of Chapter Two.
Here’s the synopsis:
“Calm Like A Bomb” – Following the shocking revelations at the end of chapter one, Wyatt is dispatched to help locate a missing person within the heart of New America. As he investigates, he discovers things that call into question the moral fiber of the people closest to him and the nature of New America itself.

The issue is 40+ pages just like issue one. You can read it here for free if you have Amazon Prime, Kindle Unlimited or Comixology Unlimited: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B6WQRCYF?ref_=dbs_m_cmx_rwt_calw_tkin_1&storeType=ebooks
And since the book is huge here’s another amazing page from it.
I think when I wrote this issue I was obsessing over the work of Paul Schrader. Which, honestly will make sense once you read it. The amount of time I spent editing this so it could be read on Amazon Prime is a story in and of itself (a big thanks to Comixology for not excommunicating me when I turned this in).
Paul Schrader’s Hardcore
First Reformed
OKAY, THEN.
Enough about Paul Schrader.
Here’s a couple things I’ve enjoyed watching lately that I’d recommend.
I’d also recommend Tim Dillon’s new Netflix special A REAL HERO.
Ram V and Rafa’s Detective Comics is off to a good start. Same with 20TH CENTURY MEN (Camp, Morian). Hummingbird Salamander by Jeff VanderMeer is great also.
There’s a ORANGE BAR at the top of my screen that says I’m near email length limit, so I’m going to shut up now. We should have an announcement at the tail end of this week so stay tuned.
much love
